Had a wonderful experience at this location, I’m not the most tech savvy person so upgrading my phone can be stressful. Anthony was patient with me and helped with the whole upgrading process and transferred my information (i would never have figured out how to do it) he’s now my go to guy for anything Telus. A+ service

Had an issue with my Pixel 9 phone screen and according to telus I still had manufacturer limited warranty. Went into the store to ask about it and the employee on shift immediately dismissed my issue and told me it's not going to get fixed, even if they send it out. Claimed it was a physical damage without even looking at my phone and sent me away. I did a search online which led me to contact Google and they told me it could be replaced free of charge. Telus employee didn't even bother to look into it and just made me feel like I took time away from his sitting.
The staff here wasn’t helpful. I wanted the activate my new plan with a sim card. The tall guy told me that I need to pay $20 for the sim card. I went to another Telus location on Yonge and Sheppard and they completed the activation for free.
I went into Telus yesterday to purchase a new phone and the customer service I received was unmatched. Anthony was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. 10/10 experience!
Today, I visited this location to ask a question about a phone line. There was a staff member who was extremely rude, grumpy, and had no idea how to deal with customers. I absolutely do not recommend going there because their behavior is very inappropriate and full of anger.
Bad services, staff there are liars. consulting help to switch my physical card to eSIM , the staff there was not helpful and just wanna me buy a ＄20 voucher card. And I figure out myself that I can do this under my account totally free.
