I gave my AirPods Max for repair (charging port change) with the promise of 5 hours. It has now been 7 days. I need a clear timeline—either the repair is completed by 48 hours or I want my device back immediately. I had a great experience at this phone store! The staff was incredibly helpful and didn't charge me for assistance, even though they provided me with the best options for my issue. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this place!

My recent to Chatr on Apr 1 was a awesome experience as I had to upgrade my phone and the Manager Parth went above and beyond to ensure I got the right phone and accessories which I'm happy with. Parth is great and I am happy that he assisted me, thanks again Parth?

Sam is a fraud guy, he added review from my google account without my permission. We aware of this fraud, don’t login your id on their device. Avoid this place. Don’t trust their google reviews, half of them are fake.

I’ve paid the bill in this store but my phone was still not working so I gave a call for asking the reason . The service was really bad! They hanged up my phone and they made me pay extra money for the bill! Never use it!
