My worse experience my son went their yesterday to purchase phone he sells him a damaged and used phone for a new phone, the phone have someone's email address in it.we take the phone back and he refuses to take back the phone and refund the money. He was very disrespect and unprofessional he's very dishonest , not taking accountability for his actions and lieing about it. Know one should goes their. Not good place for doing business .
Worst experience ever!! NAV’s wireless is a terrible service choice for any underlying device issues. Avoid this Wireless Store it’s just not worth the hassle. They are not reliable it’s a family own business so they will cover each other’s mistakes. Money will be taken upfront so if anything happens they will not reimburse as there’s no policy in effect so they can do whatever they feel like to customers. You will be left with the damage they have caused unfortunately They do not care beware of these Scammers!!
My S20 ultra had a cracked screen, their price was the best to replace it and within a day. I use their TV box and the service is excellent and a fair price. Those guys know how to make you feel at home and looked after. Keep up the good job guys.
I am a customer of theirs and really like their service, specifically with the TV Box, it never goes down unless l don't pay. After l pay Raffy and guys there hook up my service almost immediately and l can keep enjoying all the channels and movies on there.
I dropped off a 7plus for screen replacement. They said some shady stuff about my camera and that it may be broken. I made them check before I left them with it. When I picked up my phone I noticed the accessibility bottom was on the screen. I didn’t pay much attention. When I got back and put my SIM card in, I realized the home button didn’t work. When I went back an hr later, they said I must have broke it. It wasn’t there problem and would need to pay 200 more to fix it. Pure scammers.dont trust a Word they say
I went to go get my phone unlocked yesterday (Sunday) and by today (Monday) my phone was unlocked! the guy who helped me was very kind . Phone unlocking is $35 for Iphone 6s, I would totally recommend this place
