He explained the offers clearly, answered all my questions & made sure I understood each step before moving forward. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by him. Sales Representative mislead me to take a Bell plan and promised that the monthly payments would be $10 more than my previous plan. Instead I received a bill for $400 for 2 phones including activation fee and number transfer fee, my bill is now $30 more than my previous bill. This information was not disclosed upon the final sale. Before of sleazy Sales people at this store, Hebba. Will never go to this Wireless Wave again to do business.
Came here for Fido home internet. This place is legitimate. The reps know what they talking about and work with you. I researched the promotions that were available to me and when I came here, they didn't try to sell me fluff. Will be coming back to give them my business for my wife and I when we need to upgrade our phones.
So I was at fairview mall and there was a lineup at wireless wave, anyways, the person working at that time, Fardin, he handled everything very professionally. He gave everyone proper time and attention while also acknowledging the ones who were waiting. He solved my problem quickly and was very nice.
