The “dirtiest Tim ever” award goes to this location. From the filthy entrance to the rude cashier, the communication issues and disgruntled staff were obvious—and the food quality was just as bad.
If you order anything that needs to be prepared it takes about 15 minutes regardless of how busy they are. I also think my item was done for about 5 minutes but no one bothered to bring it out. When I finally got the order it was wrong.
I hope management sees this review and ACTUALLY does something. The old lady with the short blonde hair is unbelievably RUDE. She speaks to paying customers with so much attitude. I see her talk to her coworkers in a very demeaning way as well. I don’t see how she is an asset to this company. Also, heaven forbid you have a mobile order, she says out loud “I don’t care, they can wait” and ignores us when we can see our order is ready and sitting ready on the receipt. She always has a nasty attitude. Honestly, most of the staff there need a course on CUSTOMER SERVICE. As someone who has worked in the same industry for over 7 years, I make sure to always, at the least be polite and have a smile on my face. customer service isn’t hard and if it is, there’s plenty of students here that would be grateful to take her place. UPDATE- few months later and even when she takes your order at the cash, I was greeted with “what do you want” and then some sarcastic comments about scanning my app. She handed me my coffee and ignored my thank you. She’s so rude.
Make fun/belittle customers and are very slow. Unionized workers half ass there job—no competition, no risk of being fired. Slow pacing, taking there time, head over to Timmy’s near Pond road. No communication skills; they deserve minimum wage or less hours.
Harsh experience here. Just wanna make clear how many creams I want to add to my drink, and then the lady literally YELLED at me, "I already know! How you gonna pay!" I totally understand they are busy. Maybe I was wrong doing the repetition, but no, nobody should be yelled at and treated like that.
Rude staff. As someone who works in customer service I know how draining it can be and don’t expect enthusiasm, but rudeness is another thing. Passive aggressive and seem like they do not wanna work there. They wanna get your order over with as soon as possible to the point where they don’t listen to your full order. Repeated something twice and somehow they got the order wrong. So many people looking for jobs and this is the best you can do? Cmon. These are students who just finished a 3 hour lecture, not teenagers going out for the weekend. Get it together, we’re all having it rough.
Had to wait 30 mins for a mobile order and ended up getting a wrong order. They make it seem like you getting coffee is a huge inconvenience for them.
