I used to love this place especially their cream drop and went almost every other day. The last time i got it, it tasted very different and not good at all. There was only one person taking orders and making the drinks and she stopped in between making the drinks for my husband and i to take another person’s order and hastily finished making our drinks later. Dont know her name but she had a bit of red hair. We went back the next morning and informed about it to a guy who served us many times before. The girl who made our drinks was there too and asked if we remember who made our drinks. When i told it was her she said that’s weird. The guy just said sorry about that. Their drinks r pretty expensive and they never offered us a replacement for the really bad one they served the day before nor had a good attitude towards the complain. I referred them to many family n friends but not anymore. That was the last time we went. Very disappointing!
Whenever I need to do work, read or chill, I ALWAYS come to this cafe. It's so aesthetic and I love to ambiance. I've tried most things on the menu and they're all super delicious! This place deserves more hype because the staff are always very friendly and despite me sitting there for 4+ hours.
When I came here around 11:15 on friday the barista was all smiley and nice to the two people before me but no greetings and no smile to me, just took my order quietly. I don't wanna accuse of racism but really weird service

Poor management service. Drinks are alright, it’s the cream foam that saves their specialty drinks thus I always get extra $1 cream. But sometimes they give me a full cup worth while some only pour a half or 1/3 of a tiny cup? They should be consistent on this
I got here a few minutes before opening, planning to work remotely here for the day. However, it is now well past 9am (9:30 when I finally gave up and left) and still nobody has shown up to open the store. I’m disappointed; I was looking forward to trying it out but if they can’t reliably be open for their stated hours then I won’t come again. At least, posting a quick story on instagram to let people know they’re closed or opening late would have been helpful. Saw several people come and leave due to it being closed.
The service is consistently bad here. The staffs really take time to assist you with your order and they are always so flat and rude. The drinks are not bad but not the best I’ve had also. I was in the area and visited after a long time wondering if their services had improved, but same thing.
