Very cute coffee shop. I tried their steak sandwich and it was delicious. I also had their carrot cake which was nice and moist, although the icing was a bit too sweet for my taste, but no problem, I just took it off with my fork.

The atmosphere was ok, the pastry I tried was also ok. Coffee was good. My very big issue was that there’s no refill for brewed coffee which the cashier told me. I had to get another order of the coffee for the same price ($3.90 for a 20 oz coffee). I find this ridiculous. Virtually all coffee houses I’ve been in give a free refill or charge a very small fee. As a result, it feels less than a coffeehouse.

Came in over the weekend to grab a coffee to go. It was ok. Same thing goes for the service. No one calling out the names for when coffees are ready. The pickup area was very tight. The food did look good for the guests dining in and it was a busy afternoon. Unfortunately, the initial walk in was unpleasant with having the cart of dirty dishes right by the entrance and close by to where people are eating. Yes its the weekend and its busy but there should an alternate place for dishes and items like this in a cafe. Why does it take so long for a worker to clean up?

Pablo’s Café is such a hidden gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff who clearly care about making your visit special. The tea was delicious — perfectly brewed and beautifully presented. The café has a cozy, relaxed vibe that makes it an ideal spot to unwind, chat with friends, or get a bit of work done. The location is also great — easy to find, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable setup. You can tell there’s real pride in both the service and the quality here. Highly recommend stopping by for a tea or coffee — Pablo’s Café is definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to!

Cute little coffee shop in the shops on Don mills area, can get very busy but decent coffee and iced lattes with a lot of milk / flavour options. It has a cozy yet bustling atmosphere - try it out if you’re nearby (the biscoff cookie with your drink is a nice touch)

This is one of those « I don’t often write Google reviews… » unless service is outstanding or there is consistently good products, and Pablo’s hits the ball out of the park there. I’ve been a regular customer at Pablo’s since before it was Pablo’s! Same hard working folks that greet you with a smile, and turned their coffee shop goals into a reality from a franchise to family owned business. As a previous student and current remote worker, getting out of the house is not just needed, but finding a good place to work that balances comfort, good food, and friendly service is a hard mark to reach. For around 2 years now, I think, I’ve consistently been impressed with the owner’s dedication to good service, the staff who are always greeting customers and accommodating folks substitution requests, and the kitchen workers pumping out delicious meals. I’ve watched as the staff have taken care into cleaning up tables quickly, taking pictures of new menu items plated with love, and the overall relationships that they have built with the broader community over the years. I believe the website says this, but Pablo’s seriously isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s a community. A place to meet new people, eat some seriously good breakfast, fuel up on power bowls, and have a comfortable place to work if you need it. Emergency service workers come in for lunch, construction folks grab sandwiches and coffee, and families, couples, and remote workers like myself are amongst the many folks who likely call Pablo’s one of their favourite coffee shops. Shout out to the whole team at Pablo’s!! Don’t all rush to this hidden gem at once though, I still want my seat the corner to do work, haha!! Let’s share in appreciating a truly wonderful place :) Ps. My personal fav’s: - Challah French Toast - Sunrise on Sourdough - Greek Chicken Powerbowl - Dubai Strawberry Chocolate Cup - Mocha Latte

Unsanitary. I was watching my sandwiches being prepared and the person preparing my order was using his hands directly on the food without any gloves on. Too bad because their food is good.
