Everything is awesome! The staff is super friendly and nice to me! I go every day, and I always come out of that place with a smile on my face! The staff, service and everything else is really good! Specially the coffee!!
I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I had a very bad experience today. I used to go there a lot, even during Covid. The staff were friendly. Today I ordered a lemonade and got asked which kind. Nobody asked me before and I always got the one my son wanted. I asked the difference and ordered one. When I was given the lemonade, I realized it was the wrong one. I asked whether I can replace it with the other one. A new lady I have never seen before said i have to pay again very rudely. Her attitude was not very pleasant. Then she said you should have done this ..you should have done that. She mentioned she is the new manager. I asked her name. She said Menisha or something like that. I asked her to write it down as it is not a common name . She said no firmly and asked whether I wanted to complain in a very hostile manner. I left with the wrong lemonade, thinking who would want to come to this store with such a rude and hostile manager!
I love this location I walked in and this very kind nice young lady names Manpreet was very attentive and helpful with making my order properly and on time again thank you very much
I ordered hazelnut cold brew large and I came back to the store because it tasted like ice coffee. The lady didn't even bother to apologize and she told me I have to pay again for a drink $5.00. The fact that she rolled her eyes and didn't even make eye contact is bad service. I come here every morning before going to work. I end up throwing my drink it doesn't even have a hazelnut and espresso foam.
A Tim Hortons rated over 4 stars tells you something. This is rare for your corporate franchise "fast-food" establishments, usually in the 2.5 to 3.5 ballpark. After frequenting this location multiple times, I can attest that this rating is justified. Staff are hard working, professional, and prepare orders efficiently and accurately. The manager of this location along with its employees should be recognized for their great work.
Went there first thing in the morning and I was wondering what I wanted to get, everything looks so good. Been to a lot of Tim's, the donuts look so fresh so I had to try. I was right oh so good. The service number one.
I’ve been to numerous Timmies across the country but this one stood out! The staff here are so polite and friendly. Also their baked goods look & taste better compared to other locations. You can tell that these employees truly care!
