I went here today with my baby after a long tiring day. Ordered dubai hot chocolate. And i was served white hot chocolate . I went to the lady to check of thats dubai hot chocolate but instead she gave me a rude answer that you ordered white hot chocolate and i repeated the order.. i had no answer after that. Had to throw the drink. Poor hospitality . Never coming back again
I usually go on Sunday’s and the guy working there makes the best coffee honestly. I got caramel correto half sweet, no drizzle and it’s the bestttt✨✨✨
Probably the worst Second Cup I’ve ever been to, and I’m a loyal Second Cupper. Not sure if the lady who works there is the manager or owner but she is always leaning on the counter on her phone, texting or talking on it to the point where I end up waiting there for a few minutes in a completely empty restaurant waiting for her to finish her phone conversation. Once she does finally give you some of her attention, she makes you feel like you’re a huge burden to her for even ordering. I feel like prison guards are friendlier. The coffee itself is ALWAYS burnt and just warm. That being said, the afternoon worker is very sweet. I came to this location a few times to give it more of a chance, but I will not be back.
I have been to this location a few times. The staff is friendly and patient. They have a great selection of cakes and pastries and cookies. Second Cup is my favorite coffee place. My favorite coffee drink is caramel corretto and caramel frappe.
The muffin I was served was old and dry, dry, dry. It was old food. If you're trying to prevent food waste, advertise the food is past its best before date and heavily discount it, but I'd prefer just eating fresh food. I ate the muffin off site and realized on bite one it was old and bad or I'd have went right back and asked for a refund. Muffin spat right out. Inedible. In addition service way below average. I'll never go back. Awful. :(
Open space for hanging out, but service has been an issue as of late. The lady is nice, but some times the order is served incorrectly, such as 2 creams in coffee instead of 2 cream and 2 sugar, and mixing up the sizes (served medium instead of large). And occasionally there seem to be other "employees" taking orders while not understanding them. It is a relaxing environment, but wish the standard of service would be up to par with other second cups.
Visited early afternoon and the place was pretty quiet. I were served efficiently by the friendly staff. The coffee was good and the price was reasonable.
