staff at this location are friendly & efficient, the food is usually fine, however I was quite disappointed to receive an undercooked muffin this morning. I had already eaten my first one, safe to assume they are likely from the same batch, so I hope this was a one-off with this specific muffin so I didn’t unknowingly eat raw batter.. although I would guess a lot of other customers received partially raw food as well this morning
Morning is not complete without dropping by, it feels good to always see friendly and kind staff, they are doing amazing job giving your orders efficiently.
The small lady at the cash counter, is extremely rude. I just ask for different crosssant and she is like you keep it. I just refused to take punctured one and asked for fresh one. This is not at all gud behaviour towards customers. At least from brand like Tim Hortons. Nobody gives them right to treat their customers like beggars and say you keep it. She didn’t even gave me paper holder for hot coffee. Please ask staff like this to behave properly. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
Every single time going on the Finch Subway, stop to grab a large green tea, along with some goodies. The green tea served there always makes my morning go smooth while traveling the subway train. It's very great to have a Tim Hortons express stand even during busy rush hours, which is starting to get back to that old grind But thanks so much for the refreshments
I felt sorry to the name company name Tim Hortons n it's giving a bad name to customers, it need some a few improvements n renovating things n it need to impress all the customers who's been coming in n out, yeah it look like it got renovated but not enough at all it need more to improve n plus one of the main issue is water on the washroom n the washroom itself need some more improvement n all the chairs n tables needs to be change a better n improve things plus we here we take very serious because we care n support our Canadian Tim Hortons for surely.
All Staff is very nice, this location is very convenient, many selections of donuts. However, their coffee specially French Vanilla and Double2x taste bland these days. This is my favourite location as this is very convenient for me esp that I take subway every single day but since their coffee taste different from other Tim Hortons, I stopped buying here ☹️
