Always test dry cleaners with a single garment to see if they’re worth it because this place failed horribly. Was in a pinch for time so I decided to bring my white shirt in for a dry clean. Not only was the once soft and glossy fabric ruined but the stain on the collar wasn’t even fully removed. Either these other reviews just don’t have an attention for detail or I got unlucky. Anyways, I’d avoid if possible.
I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received from Mandeep (Mandy). She did an excellent job altering my clothes — the fit is perfect and the workmanship is outstanding. Everything was completed on time, with great attention to detail and care. She is incredibly polite, professional, and courteous, making the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. Good for pant hemming services but do not get your formal wear alterations done here. Secondly, fitting room is too small and dirty to try on formal wear like a white wedding dresses. My dress was cut unevenly on the bottom (photo: left foot is visible, you can see the right side fabric is longer) Update: Business offers to email but have not replied to three followup emails. This is not about accessibility of changerooms - this is the lack of accountability the business has. The business fails to acknowledge the botched alteration. They should not be advertising that they do wedding dress alterations because they are not equipped with the skills and facilities to do it well.
Great spot for mending clothes! They listen to what you need and always get it right. The place is super clean, prices are fair, and they package your clothes with extra care. Highly recommend!
Terrible service and attitude, definitely won't come back here again.I received a text message telling me to pick up the dress on July 18th at 5 PM. When I came to pick it up at noon on the 20th, they said the dress wasn't ready yet and told me to come back on Monday. I said I was going abroad on Monday, so they told me to come back in 10-15 minutes. When I returned at 4:40 PM, they told me to wait until 5:30-6PM. I asked the front desk why they sent a message saying the dress would be ready on the 18th if it wasn't prepared. They said there should be a second message, and only the second message would confirm that the dress was ready. Really? If I have to wait for the second message, what is the point of sending the first message saying the dress is ready for pickup? Why was there no mention of waiting for a second message at the front desk or in the first message? What a lame excuse! The front desk even blamed me for not seeing the second message she sent in the afternoon （after I had already been to the store for pick up) What a terrible attitude! Do you think other people's time isn't valuable, and they can just come and wait whenever you say? This is the worst service I've ever experienced, I absolutely won't spend another penny at this store.
I highly recommend premium dry clean, I used dry clean service they service was good, on time and they had a delivery at home. I used their Alternation services a lot and she is one of the best. she know what customer exactly want, and totally obsessed with her job. they are humble, friendly and fair you can save money.
