Dropped off pants to be hemmed . I only had a few hours till my outing . He did a great job , very fast service and humble man . He’s bought my loyalty as a customer

Bad service, I don't recommend! I clearly and nicely asked for specific measurements and style of my pants and the lady did totally different from what I'm asking for. When I called and asked if I can bring it back to get it fixed, the lady yelled at me and said she don't have time to fix the issue and then hung up the phone. I don't usually do bad review but just want others to not waste their money and time on this unprofessional bussiness.
Horribly place . Took dress pants to get altered and she did them shorter instead of longer. Got charged express as we'll 38 buck's plus 100 dollar pants wasted. Do not come here
Honestly they need to work on their customer service skills and actually listen to their customers. Woman sent one of my jackets to another dry cleaner when I specifically told her not to. The second one (grey faux) came back with a hard crust on it. Third jacket was fine. Hate to give a bad review but just gotta be honest. Perhaps winter jackets aren’t their speciality.
Hemmed my jean for a great reasonable price. Dry cleaning was fast and good quality as well. Highly recommend this place for both alterations and dry cleaning
I had two pairs of specialty dress pants hemmed at Weston and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about getting these pants hemmed due to their unique material but the quality was great and the turnaround time was very quick. Highly recommend.
