Hi BBN Team, I’m writing this to bring attention to an ongoing issue and hopefully get some support. I took your services for flooring, painting, and bathroom toilet replacement, and paid over $12,000 in total. At the time of installation, your team guaranteed 1–2 years of free service. Unfortunately, one of the bathroom toilet installed is now leaking. I have been trying to reach your team for the past two months, but the issue has not been taken seriously and no resolution has been provided so far. This is very disappointing, especially considering the amount paid and the service guarantee that was promised. I request the team to take this matter seriously and provide the guaranteed service at the earliest. I am genuinely upset with the lack of response and hope this gets resolved soon.
We had contracted BBN Flooring for our stairs and all 4 bedrooms, the owners Barbar and Zain are understanding and reasonable but you still have to bargain, Now let me talk about our stairs I installation by Armandeep and his team which was phenomenal and done in 2 1/2 days, absolutely marvelous do such a big project in such a little time, folks worked 12 hou shift on both the days, definitely recommend,we did this project in Aug of this year. We just got them to do our bedrooms (4)this week and Yuvraj and Manjeet completed all the 4 rooms in 2 days which was close 800 sq feet, fantastic work, fast and meticulous, a big shout out to the boys, well done and keep up the good boys

A year ago Bbn installed a vinyl plank floor in our house . A small issue came up with one of the planks so I called Bob and Zain , they sent one of the installers for the repair that week . Great job
