I had a very disappointing experience with Canfloor and would not recommend this company for flooring. At the time of purchase, I was told the flooring I selected was in high demand and that I needed to place the order sooner to avoid losing availability. This pushed me to make a fast decision. Then, even extra unopened boxes were not accepted for return, simply because more than 30 days had passed since delivery—despite the delay stemming from the information at the time of purchase. I lost a large sum of money. Moreover, the quality was poor and extremely easy-to-scratch surface. I never had a good customer service. Throughout the process, I expected transparency and a willingness to work toward a reasonable solution. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Canfloor. I would advise others to be cautious, carefully verify information, and consider other flooring companies before making a purchase.

Owner flipped out after I asked a question. I waited 25 mins for the owner to serve a customer that came after me. No problem, I browsed in the meantime. I asked him a single question about color and he completely snapped. Yelling about how he doesn't know colors, how I should go look in his showroom, he doesn't know what I want and that he doesn't have any stock. If I'm about to spend $10k at your store, the least you can do is answer a question. Don't bother going.
