I have been to the store a number of times and everytime I go I get great advise and service. This past weekend, I went to the store with my wife and spoke with Aftan about putting vinyl tiles in a small washroom in the basement. Thank you for your recommendations. We are planning to do our main floor in the future and we will for sure return.

Who knew picking a floor would be so difficult! I had the best experience with Aftab and Nicole at Flooring and Home. They were so incredibly patient with me as we went through the process of finding the perfect floor for our space. We have an older home and the installers went above and beyond to get rid of any creaks and squeaks in the sub floor before installing the new floor. We finally moved back into our home and there was one ugly board right by my seat at the kitchen table (looked this it had paw prints / boot prints on it). F & H came through again and stepped into action to replace the ugly board. They are a business that genuinely cares about their customers and provide exceptional customer service / attention to detail. Highly recommend for all your flooring needs.

Highly recommed Flooring and Home - our 'new' floor is wonderful and we have two dogs - so needed something that was waterproof and would hold up - and it's amazing !! We absolutely love it - service was great .... and floor is beautiful.
