Renovating our home and wanted to look at some options for kitchen, bath and overall flooring. From the moment we (a younger couple) walked in we felt judged on what we wanted to look for. Anything we said we were looking at doing we were told was wrong or strange without explanation (we were open to suggestions/help). The woman wasn’t helpful and just followed us around the store until we felt like we needed to leave.

Forgive me for forgetting the name of the kind women (brunette) who helped my last month in my large paint order and Christopher, today, staying late to help me finish a job. Wanted to buy tiles today. Guy in the front wasnt trying to sell a thing. Prices he gave me were in range( why they are not written i still cant understand) and not exact. Recommended to buy glass wall tiles for the flooring. Then started talking on the phone loudly in chinese next to me.They have a good amount of tiles to choose from but you dont feet that smbd is trying to help you or find a solution to what yoh are looking for.
