We purchased Vidar Banff engineered hardwood flooring from Flooring Liquidators for our home renovation. We are generally happy with the floor, and had good service when purchasing. However, our contractor had difficulties installing, as about half of the touch points where the width of the boards connected end to end did not fit snug (side to side was ok). We had to add wood filler in these cracks. With this fix it isn't that noticeable any more, but it did cost us extra to fix. Also, we were not able to return our extra unopened boxes as we missed out on the short return window. Neither Flooring Liquidators anor the manufacturer would accept the return or buy back the extra 8 boxes. Did not know of the return restriction upon purchasing, and now we have 8 boxes of hardwood we have no use for.
I replaced carpets in living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms on my main floor. Very happy with the service i received instore (i asked many questions) and so very happy with the carpet install. Hussain and Hassan worked so diligently and were so respectful. They hauled all the old underpad and carpets away and left everything neat and tidy! I would highly recommend their services!
Customer reps were friendly and very helpful; when they checked into item I was looking for and discovered it had been discontinued, they very quickly found a near perfect substitute at a reasonable price.

Upon entry very welcoming and enthusiastic consideration for the customer, I felt like I was being taken care of the entire time at the store. There broad selection makes it very hard not find what your looking for. Best location in the GTA!
