Great flower arrangement. Vase was upgraded. The address was strange though, 3253 Dufferin St took me to the plaza of Staples and a Tim's but it's right on Orfus and Dufferin.
Friendly staff. I visited at closing time on September 17th and they welcomed me. The lady took time offering different ideas which I liked and appreciated. I ordered 6 arrangements for an event the following day. They had them ready for pickup at 10am on the 18th. My boss was so happy with the arrangements.
My wedding was on September 3rd, 2022. My husband and I are so happy with the arrangements Heavenly Creations supplied us for our Ceremony, Venue and Bouquets. Shelley guided us every step of the way, from beginning to end and has shown us amazing customer service and professionalism.
**Edit: Changing my review because the owner personally called me in regards to customer satisfaction. Shelley takes pride in the flowers she arranges and stated she will have a new bouquet ready and sent to me on Friday. This is the customer service we need. after speaking to the owner and her providing her explanation and guaranteeing me customer satisfaction - I have no doubt that they will do a fantastic floral arrangement and I will be very happy to receive them! Edit* The photos below are the fresh batch of flowers sent to me. I am very very happy!
