The worse customer service of any gas station any where in the world. It doesn't help either that they are discriminatory in practice. I would give them zero star if the system would allow.
Always a great experience at this Shell station on Keele Street! The staff are super friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The place is clean, well-organized & pumps are usually available without long waits. Definitely my go-to stop for fuel & quick service!
The carwash driveway entrance has had 3 sizeable potholes for months and are unavoidable. This location has a strong disregard to repairs that are needed. The air dryer at the exit for the right side of the vehicle has also been un functional for months. Leaving half your car with spots after paying for a premium wash. When I told the person inside the store he said “I wasn’t at work yesterday” I had no words after that.
Here is why I only give this Shell a 1 star. 1. Pumps are super slow. Your better off taking a nap while you fill up. 2. I paid for the car wash only to find myself having to wait 55 minutes because their washes are so slow. What a huge waste of my time. Once your in line for the car wash, there's no way out so your stuck having to wait. The gas station should pay for my wasted time and fuel. The only good thing that came out of this was that my car came out fairly clean.
This is the worst customer service and not caring about the customer. I waited for the attendent tonfishinsh cleaning the carwash so he can go home, for 45 min. I kept asking how much longer for the attendant to keep cleaning and was told 3 more min and 3 more min. After 45 min finally. I asked for a refund and told couldn't be done. Then the people at the counter left for the day. Service in Canada is incrementally worse and worse.
Car wash is worth every penny. Amazing touchless car wash experience, great customer experience from Harman as well. She gave me the best car wash deal available from shell and gave me a very fast and efficient customer experience in a very busy environment.
Regular gas was pressed at the pump. Went inside to pay and didn’t realize till after I got home that I was charged for V-power gas. This HAS NOT been the first time that this happened and I am extremely disappointed with the service between both customer service and this particular gas station. Another costumer that was in the same evening had the same issue with being charged for the wrong gas. Please always be aware of your receipt after you leave this gas station. I will not be returning.
