I went to your gas station to refuel my vehicle. The pump I used was operating abnormally and dispensing fuel extremely slowly. Because of the cold weather, I ended up standing at the pump for almost twenty minutes. Due to an issue with your equipment, the pump failed to automatically shut off after my tank was full. As a result, a large amount of diesel overflowed from the tank and sprayed onto my vehicle and the ground. Fortunately, I was standing right beside the tank and was able to stop the pump immediately to prevent the situation from getting worse. However, the amount I paid included all of the excess diesel that spilled onto the ground and could not be used or recovered. I am requesting an explanation and appropriate follow-up from your station. I reported the issue to the staff on duty right away, but I was told that the pump could not possibly fail to shut off on its own. I found this response very disappointing, as it contradicts what actually happened.
I’m beyond frustrated. This is the FOURTH time this has happened at this Petro-Canada, always in the early morning before 6 AM. The old man at the counter, Anand (white hair), completely ignores customers while he does his prayers. He makes people wait until he’s done, like our time doesn’t matter. This is a gas station, not a place of worship. You’re on the clock—do your job. If you want to pray, do it before your shift or on your break. His arrogant attitude and total disrespect for customers is unacceptable. If you can’t put the customer first, you shouldn’t be working here.
I have a bad experience this May 22 2025 one of the employee is very arrogant he is in blue long sleeves indian looking guy he is shouting to the costumer because only the wrong position of filling the gas this is not acceptable he can say it in a nice way is this the kind of employees you have in that area?
Very inconvenient and disappointing. You try to save time by paying and getting your receipt at the pump, but the receipt printer almost never has paper. Then you waste more time by going in and lining up, many times, behind customers buying lottery tickets and taking forever. I have told the cashiers about the receipt situation, but nothing has changed.
Brutal. I wish I could zero stars. They have an air pump that doesn't work or pump air into tires. Conveniently, they said it is owned third party so I have to call them to fix and refund my money.
Nice gas station, little busy in afternoon but overall experience is good. Good car wash to have clean your car, with vacuum and air machine available at this place.
I’m a Carwash pass holder; today, on the last day of the year, I went to this location to wash my car, but I figured that their app was down. I went inside the store and told them about the problem and asked for a Carwash pass for the day as their courtesy for their customer, but the manager denied it and said can’t do anything for me. Bad customer service!
