I always fill up at the wilson and dufferin location, this morning I noticed as soon as I removed the pump it started charging, I did not even insert the pump yet in my car. I used pump #4..I hope this is not the same at all your pumps as it is considered fraud..
Never recommend to visit this place. If something wrong happens while refilling the gas or using tyre inflator they won’t take responsibility. They just talk to you from window and say no to help. Try to go another side Pioneer thats good one and with good and helpful staff. Lady behind the counter with wrong badge name Shivam? such a rude and helpless lady.

LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT****Went to this Gas station today, HAS SIGN THAT READ GAS PRICE AT $1.42 CENTS, WENT INSIDE TO PREPAY AS OUTSIDE GAS PUMP MACHINE WASNT WORKING, after pumping gas, notice receipt said gas price at $1.54, went inside, spoke to attendant who told me sign has been broken for days, and woudnt honour that price.
The lady behind the counter 5:30 on May 13 is ridiculous. Why are your doors locked at 5:30 on a Monday? If you don’t want to serve people give your shift away to someone that actually wants to work. Also, refusing to give lotto to people above 25 because they don’t have physical ID with them is ridiculous. What child is coming in your location and asking for lotto max tickets that they wouldn’t be able to cash if they won? Smfh
This Shell has eight pumps, and two have diesel. There is a small convenience store with the usual snacks. Specialty services include a BMO ATM, Freshii counter, and Amazon locker. They also sell ice, propane, and firewood.
My husband and I stopped for gas early Friday morning 2/10/23 6:40am the cashier was on a personal call and refused to service us until he was done with his call. Also proceeded to say “so then leave GET OUT. ” and brushed us off. With vulgar and rude behavior. All was recorded as well. Horrible experience.
NO star at all. I was double charge by an ARROGANT staff and the other staff that I talked to when I asked what's the progress of the issue. She told me "I CANNOT HELP YOU WITH THAT BEC. IM NOT THE ONE WHO WAS HERE WHEN IT HAPPEN!" What the he'll! Now I have to wait for couple of weeks with no assurance that I can get my money. Just one more step and it can be considered as a SCAM! It doesn't make sense why the company keeps this kind of STAFF WITH AN ATTITUDE.
