The air pump at this gas station is a scam. I tried adding air to my tires today, and instead of inflating them, the machine just made noise and actually removed air, causing my tire pressure to drop even lower. I lost $2.50 plus some air. ?
I have often, over the years, stopped at this gas station as it’s the closest gas station to my home. It is quite clean and stocked, and the staff always seems polite and friendly, however I do not recall the last time I put gas in and was able to have a receipt print out at the pump!! It becomes irritating and very inconvenient to have to regularly go inside and wait in line for a receipt just because no one will take the time to reload the paper into the pump printers!! Also, one can be guaranteed that the station will have their price per litre at the highest price point possible on any given day!
Today, I locked my keys in my car while pumping gas. In a state of panic, I needed some help and the gas station attendant, Veer Kumar, was very kind and without hesitation, allowed me to use the phone to call my work and CAA. He did not rush me at all and was very understanding. Luckily, CAA arrived quickly and my car was unlocked within a short time. A bad experience turned into a good positive one, when a kind person lend a hand. Thank you Veer!
Absolutely horrible service, I was buzzing and calling the store number and no one answered for about 15-20 minutes. As a customer/women I felt unsafe especially waiting for a uber to come. Please have someone reliable and ready to do this job, not sleeping!!!!!
Worst PC you can ever go to. Always garbage around. The tap function on the pumps never work and also run out of paper for receipts. If I could give s zero star I would.
Huge shoutout to manager and cashiers working at this location. I have been playing lottery from many years but never kept any loyalty card. "Manisha" explained the benefits of having an account and how I can link it up with Triangle to get extra rewards. Ever since, I am really enjoying it. Keep up the hard work guys !
