I purchased a car wash subscription from this Shell station at a higher price, expecting good service, but it’s honestly the worst car wash I’ve ever used. The system is old, outdated, and doesn’t clean properly at all. I had to wash my car three times, and it still didn’t clean the back of my vehicle. When I asked for help, the staff just handed me a towel to clean it myself. There are also very few stations available, which makes it even more inconvenient. I do NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. Total waste of money.
The most disrespectful and unpleasant, unprofessional staff and owner of this gas station they are always locking the doors not letting people go in please don’t visit this gas station.
Always a wonderful experience at this location. LOVE the convenience store! Super clean! Fresh food! Lots of options. Great spot to grab a quick snack on the go! Quick and friendly service! Clean and well stocked convenience store. I usually buy my gas here, both cashiers Harshit and Sabbir are always cheerful. They always offer coffee and keep asking if I want to wash my car. They have good behaviour and provide excellent customer service.
I had a horrible experience at this Shell gas station. The attendant completely ignored me, standing outside smoking a cigarette instead of doing his job. I was left waiting in the freezing cold (-20°C) for service that never came. After standing there for too long, I had no choice but to leave. Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I won’t be coming back to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Location is good. Tough to get out of as it's one ways out out of both exits. But pumps work fast, got my receipt quickly unlike Petro which seems to take 45 seconds to print. Also this location has a car wash which is nice.
