Went to this gas station at 10:55 pm on OCT 10th (Thursday) to get some beers as a start for my long weekend. However the cashier denied and all the beers were already removed from the freezers. Lawfully they should be selling it till 11 pm and I was 5 mins early so not a 10:59 pm customer. I hope management and owners can work on this particular situation as it was my first time visiting this Ultramar location and probably the last one. Absolutely didn’t expect this service from Ultramar and was very dissatisfied at the end. I left without arguing with the employee as he mentioned he directly under instructions from management.
I have filled the gas from here for $30.76 and bought the lotto 649 ($4) ticket as well, So my total was $34.76 but the guy at gas station charged me $36.76. So Keep eye on total when you make a payment with credit card. Most of the time people make a payment with credit card and they don't realize how much they are paying.
