The lot is clean and easy to enter from Bayview, with enough space around the pumps to move without stress. Pay-at-the-pump works smoothly, and the air and vacuum stations are usually in good condition. Inside, the convenience store is small but organized, carrying the basics — snacks, drinks, and car fluids. Gas prices are typical for North York, occasionally a few cents higher than suburban areas, but still reasonable for the location. Staff have always been polite and efficient, and overall it’s a quick, smooth stop whether you’re refueling or grabbing something small inside.
This gas station is a total scam. I lost over $10 here because the tire inflator and vacuum machines don’t work, but they still take your money. When you go inside to speak to the staff, they just say, “It’s not our responsibility.” You try calling the number on the machine — no one ever answers. It’s obvious they know the machines are broken, but they keep letting people lose their money. No refunds, no help, no accountability. Just thieves in uniforms. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. You’ll just get robbed. There are way better, honest gas stations nearby.
Order through uber eats at 9:10 after waiting 45 minutes the store cancelled the order. Second time the store is not accepting order at this time. If you guys don’t know how to run a business kindly don’t keep it open for 24 hours or give proper instructions. No one have extra time to waste on mismanaged business like you guys.
This is a large station just off the 401 and at a busy intersection - Bayview and Sheppard. Yet it is always nearly empty of customers which reflects its high prices and abysmal customer service. You will not find a more unfriendly station. And the difference between their already high priced regular gas and Premium 91 can be as high as 39 cents a liter. What they lose in business by being so arrogant they try to make up by gouging the few customers that go there. Shell Canada should do something about the sad state of this station and give the people living nearby a decent, honest place to go or the few remaining customers will go to another brand.
The employee name Meet is really unprofessional and rude. I went to get the car wash and it wasn’t done properly and the back of my car was full of soap he just asked me to wipe it with cloth. mean why would I pay $16 dollar for car wash and then wipe it with cloth.
I will not be using this Shell gas station or car wash in future. I was told that my third of three car washes purchased in August had "expired". The money I paid them in August did not expire. Like gift cards where it is the law that funds paid can never expire, funds paid to Shell for a car wash should never expire. Shell's current practice amounts to robbery.
Importantly, I always pay the gas at the pump without going inside to get a receipt because I believe there is a function of having an receipt when my gas filling is done. However, most of time, this gas station that I always visit has not given me any receipt at the pump so I had to go to the store to get it. Basically, the machine’s receipt is not coming because there is no paper I guess I asked to the staff members who work at that gas station, but they did not listen to me properly. They said “okay will do or machine’s problem” next day I visited again they said “got it “ My point is what is their attitude they did not try to replace anything at all Well, it is a simple just change or replace the receipt’s paper so that people could get it at the pump right away when they click the receipt button on the screen. ** Staff members will ignore you when you ask something right to do for the customers** This is not right
