They say it’s 24/7 but I was denied to use the restroom.The employee over there said that manager told us not to open after 11 pm . Canadian government should take a look at it as it was an emergency situation for me.
Very frustrating, i could not buy a drink after hours because they lock the doors and they don’t understand english. So because of that they dont try to look for the stuff you’re looking they just play dumb, i really honestly hate it
Never had any problems here since shifting my business away from Esso, after they ironically cancelled their "Loyalty" program and switched to PC, and basically STOLE 5 years worth of points from me because I didn't want an Optimum card. Petro-Can has been great, and this particular station is ALWAYS the cheapest gas price in the immediate area. I also really like the orientation of their pumps which make getting in and out faster, unlike the Esso and Shell pumps.
After buying gas and needing to use the washroom, I was denied. As a customer that is a female, I feel this shouldn't happen. I'm pregnant and can't hold my bladder. Disgusting human behavior it's not even passed 11pm the time is only 10:15pm. Hopefully they will hire humans that are more compassionate towards expecting mothers. Horrible experience!

Whats up with these closed washrooms after midnight? Close the gas station altogether if you can’t serve them. Covid has given these gas station owner a loose leash. You fill up the gas worth 100$ and they wouldn’t let you use the washroom. You’re getting paid to have washrooms. Bloody cheapies.
While bougt a gas which was 60 box who was the employee Trainence did not open the door, while I just had to pi, unfriendly customer service never come back again.
