Your cashier Vanish is pungent with BO and it radiates the whole cash area. When I went to check out, he is more busy on his phone than being attentive to customers. Train your staff with basic personal hygiene is a must.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Interested in redeeming AirMiles in store, as previously done in other locations. -Told to follow instructions at pump and redeem there. No luck -Came back in store, told to make a purchase in-store to collect miles for future redemption. Asked to speak to manager -Manager said some customers have been successful at redeeming miles while others haven’t. I asked for a solution: he said “pump gas, continue collecting miles for future redemption.” Suggestion: If your business is currently having an issue (which they identified) be able to inform your customers WHAT solution you are working towards to fix that particular issue
I'm quite annoyed how badly Shell (generally, but this station in particular) gouges on 91. When I went to fill up today, the price on the sign was 2 cents cheaper than yesterday.. yet 91 costs 3 cents more? Why? At this point it's a full 40 cent difference from 87 to 91. Which is insane. No other gas station comes close. Gtfo.
One of the best stations I visited. I visited 2-3 times in last week and the guy was very helpful and knows a lot about engine requirements as well. Nice to know about V-power and 10W-30 by shell. Great job Dev. Best wishes.
