Arrived on time, early even. Explained to us the scope of work clearly and explicitly. Covered our flooring all the way to the work area and took off their foot wear. Gave us all the time , focused and deliberate that they had until the job was done and all the old equipment was packed up and hauled away. Before that however, we were taken through the finished job and how to use it, care for it and finally how to use the new thermostat. Kind, patient and respectful gentlemen. Very much recommend - have been doing business for close to 15 years. Trust is part of the relationship as is service and quick assistance when needed. ??.
My experience with this company was stellar from start to finish. I woke up to a dead furnace and called Air Heating before 7am. Within 15 minutes Michael called me back and showed up in the next half hour. He was refreshingly professional and friendly and not pushy or condescending. By 10 am Ethan and Gled were at my home starting the removal and new furnace install. Ethan and Gled were amazing - respectful, hard working, and thorough. I felt they treated my home the way they would their own. And it was obvious they take pride in what they do and in doing a great job. I can’t say enough good things.
