Fantastic service. We had a furnace issue and Ali quickly came to the rescue. He was attentive and helped diagnose the problem and quickly found a solution. Within a day, he was able to secure the parts and helped us fix the furnace. Highly recommend Ali for his professionalism.
knowled geable,professonal,polite,honest,reliable.After a snw storm,my furnace stopped working,Ali was on his way to other job and tried to help me over the pohone .when I did not manage to restart the furnace ,he promised not to go home until he fixed it.Although it was a holiday ,he did show up as promised and fixed the furnace for me .I would recommend him to anyone.
AC stopped cooling. Came in and diagnosed it within 10 minutes and determined it was the capacitor. He didn’t have the right sized one with him so he put a temporary one one in to get us going and came back the next day with the right part. No extra charge. Responsive and professional.
