We had a problem with our thermostat. The two men who came were so pleasant to deal with and even fixed the flow of air from the vents. Now we have efficient air conditioning again for the first time in a few months….its a good feeling in this hot summer

Had a great experience with Home Trade Standards! - Igor was extremely professional, thorough and reliable. He was able to diagnose and fix our unit in a clean and timely manner, and even had to climb over our balcony railing to access the unit from outside (yikes!) - but Igor fixed everything without complaint and remained open and pleasant throughout the process - which is not necessary for the job but completely appreciated!! - Very grateful to have the a/c working again in this heatwave! They did a great job when I called them in to inspect my HVAC unit because there was water damage to my unit. They were very professional, quick to respond, showed up on time, great at communicating and upfront with pricing. The findings were detailed and had photos. They were very patient because there was some additional documents required by our condo board. I really appreciated his understanding and support. I will definitely use them again for future HVAC concerns.

Home Trade Standards is absolutely amazing!! They really live up to their amazing google ratings. I was with a different company before switching to Home Trade Standards. I had terrible experience with my previous go-to place, hence I started googling and came across Home Trade and thank God I found them!! Our HVAC system completely broke down (no air/ heating/ cooling) on the hottest summer day and we live in a condo which makes it even more harder as there is hardly any natural air flow. I contacted them, and Kevin and Amir both were amazing and very helpful! They were able to send the technicians within two days (being the busiest time) and the technicians were highly professional and cordial. They had to come back a few times later as our HVAC had internal wiring issues, but they made sure that they charged for the actual work being done and not like other companies out there who will charge you the minute you pick up the phone!! Me and my husband were highly impressed with this business ethics and the fair pricing of the overall service. What we really liked was the customer service they provided through out the experience, they were available via a phone call, text, call center number, you name it! Also, they made sure that they were upfront with what to expect with the timelines, and they maintained a very cordial relationship for the entire time. Not that I want my HVAC to break again .. but Home Trade will definitely be my place to call for the next time. Overall, they are trustworthy, very professional, technicians are just awesome and their invoicing and pricing system is simply the best. We are very happy with their service, they truly deserve the 5 stars!! :)
