The HVACs were installed professionally. The workmen were really considerate by taking furnitures out of the way. They also protected and vacuumed the floor. They were also very patient in answering all the questions I had.
After having my bathroom duct cleaned at a substantial cost I asked GTS to check on the extractor fan as it did not appear to be working when next their technician was at my building. The technician spent 3 minutes to confirm it was working. To my surprise a month later I was charged an additional $163.85 for a "service call out fee"! After disputing this exorbitant charge I was offered a 25% discount as the company "charges for all service visits"! Very poor customer service.
I was charged for the service call but provided no details as to what was serviced. I would like full details on findings and photos taken on site. In addition, I have been waiting for a return call since this service call, to get an idea of replacement options. Despite communicating with your office several times, no response. Tough to want to give you future business.
The service person, Roman, was excellent, as the cause of the intermittent squeaking noise was not immediately apparent. He persevered, and found the cause, and the proper solution. First class job, by a first class class service person!!
Allen and Eduardo came to my condo for a service call and they did not disappoint! Eduardo was training (if I'm not mistaken) so having the opportunity to listen to Allen's explanations of the unit, how it works, different issues that can arise with it and how to troubleshoot them, etc was a privilege. Allen is incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. He was able to explain exactly what was going on with my unit and ensured I understood all my options, full disclosure. We came up with a game plan and to say I am satisfied with my service would be an understatement!
Had my washroom, kitchen and laundry ducts cleaned and they did an awesome job. Easy to book, kind and helpful staff. Would definitely book with GTS again. A+++
