False commitments by sales person. Dumping useless products Not responding to emails and calls. Costco is not bothered asked me to contact homestar. Enercare is far more professional in services.
Purchased A/C through Costco and services was contracted to Homestar. Stan came for a consultation and provided good and trustful consultation. He was reliable in his word, contacted on his own initiative when there was scheduling mishap, and the installation process was smooth and easy. The unit was much bigger than I expected.. which was shared to me that all newer models are getting bigger, as they are more efficient
I would like to fix my review. I gave this company One star however this is not the company we used. We used Home star lead generation company. I meant to remove my review however I was not able to.
