I’ve been doing my nails with Quinine for 1 year now, without a doubt she’s the best for me, she’s super attentive, affectionate and kind, she always makes sure that my nails look spectacular and always takes care of my nails, I really recommend her a lot! ???
Julie is the best! I can’t say enough. She always takes her time to make sure her work is good. I’ve been going there for the past 2 years and no complaints. I highly recommended!
I am Julie's client. She does my nails all the time. Last time, instead of working on my nails, she gave me to the person next to her table to do her work for me. I've been told that she is a very good nail tech, but after 1 week, my nails broke and were so thick on cuticle that it made me sick. One time, she did a pedicure for my friend, and she didn't know how to work on ingrown toenails for her and after she got an infection. My friend and I are not coming back to Bryan nails anymore. She was very rude when I asked her about something regarding my nails. The way she talked was very condescending, and I got the vibe that she was talking bad about me in her language with Helen. I don't recommend this business. The customer service was very poor, and they do not care about their customers
When I tell you guys I want to cry I mean it. If yall see this nails? this people are very bad in doing nails. I don’t if it’s depends on the person who does your nails or not but there are so bad. If you know what’s good for you don’t go. My nails were hanging on and i told the lady to shape it well because I have short fingers but she wasn’t even listening to me. Even my toes, they only know how to gossip when you go there for services
terrible. waited an HOUR to be served even tho i had a scheduled appointment time, and was then charged a $22 CARD FEE bc i did not have cash. they failed to let me know about this in advance. i’m never coming here again. so disappointing.
Waited 30mins for a shellac manicure/pedicure; during that time, was generously offered bottled water and a rice biscuit. The person doing my pedicure was very attentive and friendly. I wanted an 'Ombre French' design and was told by my nail tech Helen (1st table), it could only be done on a new set. She was in a hurry to do my nails and I ended up with a sub-par nail design. Alternatively, ombre french was done at another salon with no problem.
I checked out Bryan's nail salon today. Made an appointment the same day. It wasn't busy at all. I was greeted and immediately taken care of. I had both a female and male work on my nails. I removed dip powder with extensions from a previous salon and got tips with UV gel as recommended. I had a nail inspo picture that I showed the tech, and he was able to match the picture perfectly. Bryan was patient, skilled, and friendly. I am in love with my nails. Highly recommend + received lots of compliments. Also affordable! They accept all forms of payment, including e-transfer. UPDATE: I have been to Bryan's nails several times now. Each time I have gone, I feel like my experience has drastically changed. I've had different people work on my nails. One time, I had a woman do my nails, and they came out thick/chunky. I was dissatisfied, and I asked another staff member to fix it. Another time, I had an excellent experience with a particular staff member and then tried to book with her again but was told she was off sick and then recently told she no longer works there. She was one of the best nail techs at that salon as she was patient, cared about my nails (made sure everything was the same length and shape), she was present and had a conversation with me. Finally, during my most recent experience, I had a woman work on my hands and feet. I didn't feel like it was a calming/relaxing experience as I felt rushed and when the women was removing my extensions with her tool, the tool felt like it was burning my fingers and I told her but she said it's okay. She went over my nails 3 times to remove the nail polish. In addition, she didn't ask how I would like my nails shaped. When I got home, I noticed there was nailpolish on the sides of my hands and feet. The nail color I chose for my hands and feet were white pearlescent (but it looks more purple; it didn't match the sample I chose). It is more transparent, and after a few days, my nail polish is already chipping away. I wasn't pleased, especially when I had to pay so much for both.
