I've been doing my nails for 20 years now & this is by far the best set of nails I've gotten! Truly satisfied with my nails, 5 stars! I have bent fingers from arthritis so it's pretty tough to have all my nails looking straight, Nirali however, managed to do a fantastic job at this. My design and preferences were all followed to the smallest detail and thus resulting in my full gratitude and praise ? Overall a very good experience for my mother in law and I. This was my first time and last time getting any services at this nail salon. The personable customer service is great, however I specifically asked for a hard gel manicure and did not get such. All I received was builder soft gel with shellac. It’s been less than 48 hours and my polish and nails have chipped. My nails are actually bendable. Hence why I initially asked for “hard” gel. The cost was outrageous for what I received and the time it took was excessive as well. The quality did not reflect the price point at all and unfortunately I don’t recommend spending the money here. For reference , the cost was over $110 not including tip.
I was disappointed with my manicure and pedicure here. The service took nearly 3 hours and cost $160 (before tip). The pedicure polish chipped within two days, and several nails appeared uneven. The manicure process left my nails feeling thin and sensitive from over-drilling, and two have already broken after only a few days. I’ve attached photos for context.
I visited this salon last week and was quite disappointed with the overall quality of service. The shellac polish began chipping and peeling within just a few days, which is unacceptable for this type of treatment. The finish was uneven, lacking the smoothness and durability that I expected. Most concerning, one nail polish came off completely in less than a week. Considering the time and price, I anticipated better results. It took over an hour for a very basic service with no designs, yet the outcome was far below professional standards. This was both frustrating and upsetting. Additionally, the manager, Nirali, spoke very highly of the salon’s services, but unfortunately, the actual experience did not reflect the claims made. I sincerely hope the salon reviews its service quality and product standards to provide clients with the professional results they are promised.
Do not go to this place! If I don’t like some place’s service I just stop going there rather than coming back to them and complain, criticize or leave a review but this time I had to leave a review so people in future be aware of what kind of service this nail place provide. Leaving my photos for full proof. Got my shellac nails done a week ago and the gel polish are already started cracking and also it getting peeled off. The service is very slow and top of it do not use good quality products. This whole week I was on vacation so there was no wear-tear with my nails but still cracks on the polish in just a week. I get my nails done very frequently for more than 5 years in Canada been to different places but no one has offered this cheap and bad quality service. The manager Nirali knows how to butter the talk with customers but does not offer expected service for what they charge. Big disappointment would never waste my time here because for Shellac Nail Polish with chrome design it took them 1 hour and still not clean work.
⭐️ 1 Star — A complete joke of a salon. Hands down the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I should’ve walked out the second I sat down. The nail tech didn’t listen to a single thing I said. I asked for almond—got square. Asked for a soft neutral color—she slapped on something that looked like dried-up clay. I corrected her multiple times and she just kept nodding like a robot and doing whatever she wanted. She was texting through most of the appointment. Literally pausing mid-file to reply to messages while I sat there with my hand in the air like an idiot. Zero professionalism. It felt like I was interrupting her day. She cut my cuticles so aggressively I was actually bleeding. No apology, no cleanup, nothing. Just moved on like nothing happened. And yes, it hurt. The place itself is filthy. Dust everywhere, old nail clippings on the table, and the tools looked like they’d been used a hundred times without being cleaned. Basic hygiene was clearly not a priority. And the attitude? Rude and dismissive from the start. No welcome, no smile, just a bored look and a half-hearted “pick a color.” To top it all off, I got charged more than what was listed. No explanation. Just a random number at the end like they were hoping I wouldn’t say anything. Save yourself the money, time, and pain. This place shouldn’t be in business.
Today I came there for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I asked for a gold French tip on my toes, but I was told that the gold color I wanted wasn’t available, so I chose a different color instead. However, while getting my manicure, I noticed that they actually do have the gold color in powder form. I mentioned this to the technician, and she told Nirali, who then said that what I wanted was something different and it’s maybe chrome or something else. I understand if it’s a different product or requires extra payment, but the right thing would have been to explain it clearly. As customers, we don’t know much about nail products that’s your area of expertise. It’s your responsibility as professionals to explain the options and differences to us. You could have simply said, We do have gold in a different form, but it costs extra or we don’t have time for that today. I would have completely understood. Instead, I was told that the gold color wasn’t available at all, which was disappointing. If the staff doesn’t want to put in the effort to communicate properly or work with care, then it’s better not to take the booking. This really ruined the experience and my mood.
