Had the best experience at N3D with Ann! She was extremely careful, kind and accommodating and I felt very cared for throughout the entire experience. She was very thorough with the nail preparation and care, and I left the salon with a better gel manicure than I could have expected. My nails have never felt better and I can't wait to go back in a few weeks for a refresh. This salon really cares for their clients! I will only be going to N3D Nails from now on!
Your racial bias has caused you to assume that this review was left by the Black woman who remained patient and polite with you while you were rude and full of microaggressions. I am not her. I am another client who was pushed into services that do not suit me and wasn't listened to about my concerns. I wasn't told up front about costs, either. Be transparent with your pricing.
I returned to discuss my concerns from last week and had an outstanding new outcome. The owner, An, is sweet and generous. I have no hesitation to return again. My previous experience was with new aestheticians and the more established ones were excellent today.

I've been visiting this salon for a few years and I could not be happier. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the owners are delightful. The salon is clean and professionally run. My nails (whether short, long, natural, or gel) always look fantastic. If there are any concerns (smudges, chips etc.) after the fact, they stand by their work. Recommended salon in North York for both manicures and pedicures!

Amazing customer service and the nails are of excellent quality. Also, the nail artist was able to achieve the precision and accuracy of the nail form that I desired. My nail artist was a guy whose name I forgot, but you can ask Ann if you want him to do your nails. Thank you N3D Nails & Spa.
