I had been a loyal client of Mimi at Nail Lounge and Spa for some time. However, when I went to remove my nails, I experienced extreme difficulty—which raised concerns about the possible use of MMA. I asked Mimi what kind of monomer they use at the salon, and she responded, “I don’t know.” I found this answer disappointing and decided to leave a review to share my experience. In response, Mimi fired me as a client. When a member of my family came in for their appointment, Mimi spent the entire session yelling at them about the review I had posted. This behavior was incredibly unprofessional. Reviews are meant to inform others about real customer experiences, and no one should be punished for voicing their honest concerns.
I’m extremely disappointed in the services that I received from your salon , as an esthetician in training the poor ethics of your spa should have it shut down. The nail tech that did my manicure was very rude, she didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted and kept shaking my hand to “keep it still”. She didn’t even change her gloves when working on me after cleaning a clients dirty foot, as well as the dirty implements she used on me. I’m im sorry to say that I was a client at this salon, for the services and lack of hospitality I received for my sister-n-law and I it was definitely not worth the price. It’s seems like this is a reoccurring pattern for the salon as I’ve seen the other poor reviews and I wish I looked at them before choosing your spa please do better not only for your business but the health, safety and overall well-being of your clients.??
Never again they don’t even know how to do pricing extremely expensive for the whack job they do, they did me a four leaf flower told me I was gonna be charge if I do it longer I said no ofc, and at the end she couldn’t do the design and blamed it on the nail being short but yet again, at the beginning, she didn’t tell me that she just wanted to charge more of course!! she said it was easy, but yet couldn’t do it. It was dotted flower with 5 leafs she did for and ended up, looking like a dice ? y’all save your MONEY!!! there’s a lot of nail salons near there. You shouldn’t go here honestly they talk about you thinking you don’t know what they’re saying very unprofessional and disgusting.
Really bad service!! She asked us to wait outside while our friend was doing her nails!. Are you serious!???? We were sitting in the waiting spot but she said to wait outside of the salon. Will never come back.I have never got really bad service like this to be honest only here. their attitude is horrible!!!!They don’t even deserve a one star.. soo rude
The best nails at nail lounge meme always hook me up with the best designs ever nails always on fleek and last a long time without chipping only salon I fly into from Alberta to have my nails done this is the spot girls
Honestly you can find somewhere better for the same or possibly lower price for better services. They dig into your nail beds so much it bleeds and hurts. Their pedicure has no products for the soak and they barely scrub your feet. I’m pretty sure they don’t properly sterilize their equipment. Their shellac/gel application is clumpy and not even. They don’t know how to shape nails either. Save your money and time. Find somewhere else.
They change the prices according to who is getting their nails done. Not sure who the woman is but her attitude was condescending and rude. The nails are good I just don’t appreciate how the prices constantly change when they feel like it.
