Hey Lisa!!! I speak Vietnamese!!!! I understand what you are all saying about me and the customers!!!! You are all so so rude. First of all, you didn't apologize for Anna's poor work. You didn't read the whole review!!!! It's not about the poor nails that Anna did!!! It's about your unprofessional attitude!!!! You couldn't even come to the front to say Thank you to get the $10.00 tip that I wanted to give you!!!! So so rude!!!!!!! You were in the back and you didn't come out!!!! You told your employee to take the money and leave it on your table!!!!!! What a horrible way to treat a customer!!! So so so unprofessional and extremely rude. Be very aware that they are rude and don't talk to you while you are getting your nails done. They speak amongst themselves. What they don't know is that I can understand what they are saying!!!! I taught overseas for a few years!!!! And they are talking about the customers, thinking that no one can understand!!!!!!!!Terrible terrible terrible place!! GO TO COZY NAILS!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
Terrible and rude service. I got my nails done last week and they ended up having round spots on the sides of the nails. I've never had this happen before especially since it was shelac. Today I went back to show the salon what happened. I also asked why this would happen. I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years - today is the last time I will ever go there. Lisa, the owner, redid my nails in the EXACT SAME COLOUR!! I asked her if I could change the colour to make sure it doesn't happen again and she said no. There was no "I'm sorry" from her. Lisa did not charge me - nor should she have. After I was done, I realized I didn't have cash for a tip, so I went to the bank and went back to give Lisa $10. She was in the back and couldn't even be bothered to come out and say thank you. What a horrible way to treat a customer!!! So so so unprofessional and extremely rude. My Korean sister in law used to work there and she said it is an amazing place!! The only reason I would go to this salon is because it is convenient and close to home. Lisa, you need to improve your customer service!!!!! There is a lot of competition out there!!! I spoke to the lady who was also there getting her nails done in the parking lot and she agreed that Lisa was really rude and should have come out to say thank you for the tip. There are much better salons in Toronto and they will treat you with respect and kindness. By the way, it was Anna who initially did my nails that turned out really badly with round bubbles and spots on the side of the nails. When I asked Lisa why this would happen, she didn't answer me right away. But eventually she did say that it was the "technique" that Anna used that made the nails look so terrible.
Went there for the first time. They had a clean environment with lots of polish colour options and were friendly, however I didn’t like the mani pedi I received. I noticed other employees did a better job than my person did, so it depends on who you get. One of the employees was talking with the woman doing my service the entire time which I didn’t prefer.
I had an appointment today, and one of the staff members was extremely rude to me. She raised her voice, and her English was terrible! They clearly have no intention of helping customers. I will never go there again, and I’ll make sure my friends don’t go either.
It was my first time coming here and their work was absolutely amazing. Excellent, clean service I’m truly grateful! I highly recommend them. Anny she was the best ?
I just went to get my nails done and the treatment I received was disappointing. The guy who helped me didn't want to do a simple acrylic extension on both of my nails. I told him I didn't want tips because they would break my nails, and my nails were already broken. He told me he could only do tips. Then he turned off his light and left, leaving me waiting for an answer. They didn't want to do the service. They left my hands unfinished. The guy is rude and didn't provide good service. I don't recommend him!
I saw the show you put on today with your nails. I've been going there for 5 years, and I always leave with beautiful nails. Just as a point of interest, I work on a computer and type a lot, yet even after 4 weeks the shellac doesn’t chip off my nails. These girls work hard and give their absolute best.
