I went to the salon for a full set plus manicure.. Problem 1: they don't soak your hands for the manicure they use a spray bottle to squirt on your hands Problem 2: nails super uneven Problem 3: got the residue from the powder on my skin..they tried spraying it..they tried scrubbing it ..residue still remains Problem 4: when I was trying to explain my issues they did not speak a word of English. I even said I understand you but you don't understand me. Communication ain't the greatest. Problem 5: tad confused how my preteen child with nails the size of a child is charged an adult price for manicure with regular polish when her nails are beyond tiny. Problem 6: hasn't been a week and several of my nails are lifting (the part closest to my cuticles)....... The great experience I had was it is a very sweet sweet staff very well mannered. Only reason why I couldn't be mean & have them redo it. Sorry, I will not be returning to this salon for their services. Very bad experience
These girls literally saved my life! I had my nails done at another place and was so unhappy with them. I came here in desperation, and wow – what a difference! They completely transformed my nails and did such an amazing job. The attention to detail, the care, and the talent are on another level. Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. I absolutely love my nails now and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making me feel so confident and taken care of… you are THE BEST!

I booked an appointment online for 1:30, received a confirmation text. I was going to be 5 minutes late so I called at 1:25 to let them know, the lady that answered told me that my appointment was cancelled because walk in customers came in, I was literally on my way which I told the lady and she said sorry and hung up on me. Such awful customer service, I have never been anywhere that walk ins took priority over appointments. I was looking forward to trying Hazel’s nails and spa but unfortunately with customer service like that I never will and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
