The peaceful environment, friendly staff, and quality of work differs greatly from other nail salons. I typically get bio gel sets done with Mei that last weeks before looking outgrown. She is so attentive, careful, and patient with her work, you can see just how much she cares about it. Each time she executes my dream nails flawlessly. I can show her an inspiration picture and she will see the vision instantly! Ownership here changed a while ago and my first visit with the new owner was my last. Needless to say, tenture is a valuable trait a lot of young owners don't seem to understand. I won't babble—long story short. If you're paying the same 'exclusive' prices for a less-than mediocre quality and service, go uptown and downtown with better ratings. _________________________________________ Got my lashes done here, I've usually gotten mine done at overpriced Yorkville areas so it was a bit different from what I was used to. The lady who does them is kind, as well as the rest of the staff. She didn't ask for any kind? So I just went along with it. I'm not sure if it's because they don't have a side table but I think she leaves the lash materials on the right side on the head of the bed, which I can hear the bustle of very often. This inturrupts the 'relaxation' part of the process. She also uses her phone a lot to answer calls which adds to the aforementioned. Is that a sanitation issue? I don't have any specific complaints though, since it wasn't a bad experience and I wanted to try since my friend stopped going to her regular for this location. But一it did go over 3 hours. That's a LOT of time just sitting down not being able to sleep in the same position with a bright light flashing on your eyelids straight. I think the salon has brought lashes as a new offering and hopefully, as clientele increases they'll get better. I'll definitely try again in time.
This is the manicure done yesterday. The lady who did manicure rushed on so much. Kate did my pedicure and it was amazing. I dont know the name of lady who did my manicure but she just rushed on so much and bad quality of manicure. :(
