I just came to this Salon for manicure and pedicure and Shellac on my nails and toes. After 3 days, 3 of my nails got peeled however I told the woman I need them to last long as I am going to a trip! Not satidfied
I had a really great 1st experience at this salon this evening. I will be back to see the lovely Leslie (She did my shellac foot polish) and Tiffany (She did a full set of medium almond shaped acrylic with shellac) Thank you, Ladies, for your great work and kind treatment ????? Don’t waste your money here! I’ve been coming for years for simple French tip pedicures, usually with Jay, but sometimes with others if he's busy. Last week I got a refill set, which was okay. This week, I went in to fix a toenail that fell off. I politely explained the issue, but was told to wait while they took someone behind me. When I asked if anyone could fix it, I was told to find the person who did my nails—even though I was never given a name. I pointed out a tech, hoping she was the one, but she said no, and so did the others. The front lady offered no help and just kept saying I needed to remember who did it. Eventually, the lady said tech i pointed out will do it, then when i asked when she was going to be free, she started yelling “I’m busy” and “I didn’t do it” and I was ignored. I left extremely frustrated. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. I used to like this place, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.
WORST PLACE EVER WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!! Went to do my eyebrows yesterday and now my eyes are shut close , swollen like ive never seen before . They are rude and insensitive with peoples time . No point in making an appointment they are never on time will have you waiting for hours.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. I had my nails done on a Monday, and just a couple of days later, one of them snapped in half. I called the salon later that day and was told they would fix it free of charge. They even said they would leave a note with my name. When I came in the next morning, they suddenly told me there would be a $5 charge. I explained that I had already called and was told it would be free, but they insisted I needed to see the same lady who originally did my nails, something they failed to mention on the phone, otherwise I would have come in another day. I had clearly described the lady both during the call and in person, yet they didn’t bother telling me and told me to come in. I agreed to pay the $5. Then they told me they couldn’t do the same design (pink cat eye), which I didn’t argue about. I simply asked if they could add a pink shimmer instead to at least make it look similar. They claimed they didn’t have any shimmer, even though I could clearly see shimmer polish sitting on the shelf right behind them and I literally had shimmer on my nails from the last visit. She then picked up a random shimmer and told me this is all they have. When she began fixing my nail, she started applying a fake tip and I stopped her and explained that all my other nails were done with bio gel and no tips and asked if she can do bio gel again. She said my natural nail was too short for bio gel, which is understandable, so I asked if she could use a nail form to extend it instead. She flat out refused and continued gluing on a tip, even though I had clearly said no. I stayed calm and just let them finish, but the end result didn’t even match the size of my other nails. On top of that, I had to pay her. Not only did these nails not even last a week I had to deal with all this too. This entire experience felt like I was being lied to, dismissed, and treated with little to no respect. To be honest, it almost felt racially motivated. I will never return to this salon, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality or respectful service.
People seemed to have a great experience here so I booked an appointment and ended up leaving after waiting for an hour and a half for someone to take me. Staff take their regulars over new clients, if you’re new that’s just too bad.
