This is what my nails look after 10days. I usually keep my nails in perfect condition even after 3 weeks. This one time, because my nails look technician didn’t have availability, I went to this salon. They did a terrible job, to the point that I had to go back and have them fixed all over again 2 days later and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. He did not apologize for the terrible work done, instead the manager started speaking to me rudely about how I cannot choose a different color because it is being fixed. Overall, worst experience I had with nail salons over the past 6 years that I do my nails.
Beware it’s unsafe place! I visited the salon last week for a regular pedicure, experience was extremely disappointing. The technician damaged my nail plates, and as a result I was aching the entire night. My nails are still sensitive even now. The overall environment was very dirty and unsanitary. There were visible stains, dust, and dirt everywhere. The tools were lying around in different places, not properly prepared or sanitized. The technician kept walking to another room to fetch tools in the middle of the service, constantly getting distracted and interrupting the process. Everything felt unorganized, unsafe, and unprofessional. The pedicure itself was also poorly done. They didn’t shape my nails, didn’t use a nail file, and all the nails ended up different lengths and uneven angles—just cut roughly with clippers. The polish was applied in one thin layer, leaving it almost completely transparent. I honestly don’t feel confident that the person who did my pedicure even knows how to perform a proper pedicure. In the photos, you can see that I removed the polish because it was hurting so much, and I slightly adjusted the shape myself. My big toe is still clearly damaged and very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service and the poor and unsafe conditions, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.
The service was disappointing. The staff kept speaking in their own language, which didn’t feel very welcoming. The prices listed on Google Maps don’t match what they actually charge; it’s much more expensive for the poor service provided. I paid over $60 for a basic pedicure. The first thought that crossed my mind upon leaving the store was that I’d never visit again.
Super bad experience, left my girlfriend very unhappy. Customer service is also terrible and they bullied my girlfriend. Funny to see them flooding their page with clearly not real reviews to balance all the genuine bad ones. Response to their reply: you guys are something else, I am her only boyfriend for 7 years. I’m that “ex”. You guys should put the effort you put into replying and being unprofessional into better customer service and being better at what you do.
I can’t believe that there more arrogant and rude customer service than this place! Very disappointed about people working there. They make you wait for long and never apologize. They don’t listen to client and keep being rude! Please learn how to behave and work with clients. Or all of them will find better salon to go. And there are hundreds!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t recommend it to anyone! And instead of ignoring bad reviews about your services, learn! Learn how to work with clients! Learn how to do it better! You are losing your clients!
How about you stop calling every negative review fake and take some accountability? You think I have the time to leave a fake negative review for this? I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time and on top of that they did a terrible job. Nail shape was inconsistent and there were bubbles forming on some. The nail tech tried to ignore it so I had to make sure to bring it up multiple times so she would fix it. So rough with cleaning my cuticles that she ripped some skin. They were not apologetic for making me wait and were clearly rushing the job. Would never come here again and would never recommend them to anyone. Don’t believe the good reviews you see on here.
Friendly customer service and the staff are so kind. I first started coming during their grand opening and haven’t left since. I always do Bio Gel for my hands and they do a great job every time. The nails are usually super strong, so I rarely get cracks and chips. That usually only occurs if I go an extended period of time without getting them redone. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend this place all the time to my friends and even try to bring them with me when I can. I posted some videos and pictures of some of the styles and colours I’ve done since going. The picture with 2 hands, I did the blue and my friend the the green design. I took her here to get her nails done because she was getting engaged the following weekend (she was unaware she was getting engaged obv). She was super happy I took her here because her nails looked great in her pictures. Update: more nail pictures added!
