Personally I liked it, it’s my second time in this place and I haven’t had any inconvenience, usually in other places they don’t shape my nails and they only put the acrylic without being careful that they look pretty, but here yes and you can see my even more aesthetic. Just like I don’t have any subsequent discomfort. The treatment is also very good and harmonious. The price seemed fair to me for what I asked for, and they even gave me a discount for my next visit
They’re a bit disorganized. If you book an appointment online through the website, they don’t really notice it — it’s better to call. Why do they even have a website then? Not sure. The first time I went, I got gel nails with a design. It turned out a bit sloppy. The price made me laugh — usually a new gel polish with fancy design costs around $100, but here it was about $65, give or take with tips. Overall, not bad — I’ll keep going there.
Extremely Disappointing Experience I came in for a shellac manicure and basic pedicure, which was clearly listed as $65 on their price board. Once seated, I was suddenly told it would be $8 extra to remove existing shellac from my toes — something that should’ve been disclosed upfront. Then, when I asked for acrylic nails, which I’ve had done here before, the nail tech insisted they don’t offer acrylics and claimed I must be mistaken. The owner and staff kept speaking in Mandarin about me, which made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable and dismissive — I wasn’t being included or informed about what was happening. I decided to stop the manicure altogether. Despite that, I was charged $55 for a basic pedicure, with random upcharges added for removing polish and trimming my nails. The owner offered me a $5 discount card for next time, but there won’t be a next time. This salon is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and inconsistent with their pricing. I left with my hands looking the same as when I walked in. Total waste of time and money.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t get your nails removed here. I got my gel x removed here today. The lady buffed my real nails with a drill and you could see through my nails it even hurt while she was doing it. And now I’m left with half ass job and injured nails that look like I been through war.
I was last client walking, this was amazing experience. The lady that did my nails was so cute and kind if I’m not mistaken her name is Lily or Lidy. I liked all steps, was very professional
I used to go to this salon years ago before they rebranded. I decided to give it another try today. I have to say I’m still disappointed with the quality I got. Although I didn’t have a problem having to wait to be seated coz I came on a weekday so that’s already a given and there was only one client when I came in. Only two staff were there that time and the one who was doing my nails was also the only one welcoming and talking to people coming in and taking calls. Perhaps, they could work on communicating with clients better and how to handle pressure and not just awkwardly laugh it off when got asked a question. Also, I still got charged tax when I paid through e-trans. Not sure if that’s right though coz my previous experience from other salons they didn’t/ don’t charge tax. Didn’t put lotion on my hand as people were waiting already.
It was my first time visiting this nail salon, and Amy did an amazing job with my cat-eye pedicure. I absolutely love the result! I highly recommend her to everyone, definitely worth a try!
