I had an excellent experience at Clarity Optical at the Lawrence Allen Centre. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to carefully explain the different lens options without making me feel rushed. They offer a wide selection of frames, but I appreciated that they were happy to use the pair I had recently purchased - something other stores haven't always allowed. My progressive lenses were ready in about two weeks, which is typical, and the fit was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair. If you're looking for glasses, I highly recommend Clarity Optical at the Lawrence Allen Centre. Outstanding staff and service from start to finish.
Clarify Optical has given me a swift customer experience from the moment i walked in the store, stated what i was looking for, in a matter of a few minutes we had completed my transaction. The service was excellent. Abdul was very patient while I looked for the perfect frame . Which I took some time looking for different styles . Definitely recommend taking his advice.
Very unprofessional. When we arrived they said they're accepting walk-ins thats why we decided to wait. But after more than 1 hour of patiently waiting they told us that the doctor will no longer to accept us because he needs to leave which is the only thing they can say is sorry. The didn't even consider the clients whose wasting time of waiting for them. They just only think that their time is the only precious and clients time are ok to be wasted!
