“I had a good experience at this store. The staff were very friendly and professional, and they patiently helped me choose the right frames. The eye exam was thorough and accurate, and I felt confident with the results. My new glasses are comfortable, stylish, and of great quality. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend this store！
The fact that this shop doesn't do direct billing is totally understandable. However the way this information was passed on was really rude. The staff at the front desk, on our face said " We do not do direct billing, its a busy shop and and we do not have time to deal with customers. It takes a lot of time" Like I mentioned, I understand the store policy, but isnt there a better way to frame this!
Second time to buy sunglass there. Fantastic experience on Saturday. Their staff is knowledgeable in the way she answered our questions. Will continue be their guest in the future.
I bought a sunglass month ago.. but it's still not ready for pick up according to the store. Staffs were polite and apologized for the delay every time I called in to check, but at the end of the day I'm still waiting for my sunglass where I was originally told that I could get it in one week. Not sure if I would have made the purchase if I knew it would take one month :(
Reign was an excellent sales associate. I came in with an issue with my recently purchased glasses and she knew exactly how to fix the problem. She was kind, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. She has changed my experience with this retailer to a positive one.
It’s been a great pleasure having Clariz as my optician to help me out choosing the perfect glasses for me. The store is very organized and clean with a lot of variety of glasses to choose from. I highly recommend her and the store. I’ll for sure be coming back whenever i need a new pair.
