Exceptional service. We ordered a pair of prescription glasses three years ago. Chris spent a considerable amount of time helping us choose the right frame and the appropriate lenses to go with it. The frame broke recently. We called and Chris ordered the identical frame, had it shipped and in about 5 minutes replaced the lenses in the new frame. We are thrilled.

I am in my early 20s and spend a lot of time on computers as I am completing my schooling in 3D animation. My vision is great but when I last had my eyes examined, my optometrist spoke with me about eye fatigue and potential health risks from working at the computer for extended periods of time. So, I had heard about GOUGH OPTICAL and went to see them and met both Chris and Bob. Chris looked after me and when I explained what had been suggested, he knew exactly what I was talking about. He showed me some information and was well educated on 'Prevencia lens' with a blue tint to extract the blue light coming from the camera He showed me a variety of frames and I settled on a pair that both felt great and made me look good. I have been wearing them about a two weeks know and they are great, super comfortable and I do notice less eye strain from looking at the computer. Gough Optical will be my choice from this point on – they know what they are talking about and offer great service! Thanks!!!
