I really appreciate businesses like this. This is my second pair of sunglasses from them, and when I brought up last year’s price, they didn’t dismiss it—they actually took the time to check and honoured it, even though it affected their own costs. That gesture really showed how much they value their customers. Excellent people and excellent service!
A bit late writing this, but I’ve been a patient at United Eye Care for years. The service has always been excellent - professional, efficient, and easy from start to finish. Ordering and picking up glasses is a breeze, and the staff consistently deliver great care. I’ll keep coming back and highly recommend them for anyone’s vision needs.

I had been putting off getting new lenses for quite a while, but during my summer visit to Canada I decided it was finally time. After calling around, United Eyecare stood out immediately — professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From my first call to picking up my glasses, the service was outstanding. I brought in two of my existing frames at first, and even though it was closing time when I realized I wanted to add a third, Simran gladly updated my order without hesitation. A week later, all three frames were ready, and I couldn’t have been happier. The lenses were fitted perfectly, my old frames looked like new, and the quality of the progressives was the best I’ve ever had. If you wear progressive lenses, you know how tricky they can be — but these were spot on, clear and comfortable from every angle. As an American visiting Toronto, I was impressed not only by the craftsmanship but also by the warmth and professionalism of the team. Thank you, United Eyecare — I’ll definitely be back, and next time for new frames as well!
Poor eye exam experience. Not sure why all the positive reviews. They brought you to a room at the back (which is dark and smelled bad), spent like 10 minutes with poorly-maintained equipment that won’t get you accurate results. $85 wasted. Will not recommend.
