This morning, Thursday, May 24th, I met a pharmacist who, as usual, was kind in her manner, courteous in her attitude, and professional in her performance. I have come to expect this level of excellence every time I happen to find her present when I go to collect my medication from the pharmacy.
AMAZING!! Called to find vaccine appointment after calling COUNTLESS pharmacies. Marina was SO kind, caring and helpful. Even walked me through the process. Highly recommend!
I got my 2nd dose of the moderna vaccine at this location. It was quick and painless. They reminded me of my appointment via email and text, the service and experience were wonderful! And the staff there are very friendly. Always nice to have a caring pharmacy so close by in the neighbourhood! Would go there again for all my pharmacy needs!
Very professional lady working at the front desk. I came in with a prescription for antibiotic cream and she was quick at entering my info in their system. It was my first time there and I was in and out in 10 minutes. The lady took the time to explain how to apply my medication in a clear manner. I also purchased Epsom salts, which were reasonably priced at $7! Will be going back for more prescriptions whenever needed as I see my podiatrist at BioPed in the same Plaza.
Why would someone write a review for a pharmacy u may ask?! Well, what makes Agape pharmacy stand out among other pharmacies in the city is the exceptional customer service they provide. This is a family owned pharmacy. Marina, her dad and mom all work there. They are some of the most pleasant ppl I ever met. You are always greeted by a smile when you walk in there. They are genuinely interested in your best interest weather it's health matter or insurance coverage or just general life chat. I look forward to going to mallard clinic just to visit the pharmacy :). Keep up the great attitude guys.
10 STARS I came upon this Pharmacy app: 1 year ago after moving to this neighborhood. I have to say I had been a Customer of Shoppers Drug MArt. Warden & Steeles and honestly didn't think I was going to get a Pharmacy with that caliber of professionalism, courtesy and compassion - well I got started with Marina (Pharmacist) and Her Family owned business, I can say without a doubt, I have and continue to get THE VERY BEST in service, compassion and professionalism - this Pharmacy is the epitome of "A Family run Business" that is very rarely found in todays busy impersonal world of ecommerce and BIG BOX STORE mentality. As your Website so eloquently points out "Agape Pharmacy is a family-owned pharmacy dedicated towards giving all of its patients the highest quality in service and care" and I SECOND that whole heartedly. A friend recommended this new pharmacy in the area and I can definitely see why she made the recommendation. They are quick at filling my prescription every month and always walk me through the best ways to take all my meds. The pharmacist really cares about their clients- It feels like a family that actually want to see you get better. I went to pick my monthly medication and the pharmacist noticed this nasally cough I had (I had it for about a week at this point but didn't think anything of it. I just found it annoying). She suggested this nasal spray and within a couple of days I was actually surprised my cough was gone. Very thankful for her paying attention and noticing. They also bill directly to my insurance!
