When the product and price are identical, such as prescription drugs, then the decision where to buy it boils down to the service offered. After almost two years of working with this drug store, I finally had to say enough is enough. Every senior and pharmacist in Ontario knows that the yearly deductible for ODB is $100. I'd paid over $199 since August 1st for ODB covered drugs and the pharmacist couldn't explain why and I had to come in the next day to speak with the owner/pharmacist. I did that and received a credit for the overcharge. The straw that broke this camel's back is the boss looking me in the eyes and inferred that my memory may be faulty about complaints I had with the service I received. Kudos for standing behind your employees. Not a smart move to suggest your client is lying, not once, but twice in the same encounter. So why should I continue to give this place my business? I don't now.

Staff gotta learn how to do proper customer service using my card without consent and upon asking them why tbey do that she was talking to me in rude manner and told me to have better communication from my side like if u would do ur job properly and dont use my card without consent’s will avoid misunderstanding. AVOIDD
So they used my credit card to deliver my medication when i was there to pick it up and upon asking them why would they do that instead of explanation she told me she need better communication from my side , my nurses told me pharmacy is chaos so avoid it
This pharmacy is great really nice staff very helpful. it beats Shoppers drug mart hands down These people actually care been here for about 8 months now best decision I ever made
