My review will add to the pile of negative reviews about this pharmacy. They sold me eye drops for $67, not the stated price of $40. They refunded my money, but not my prescription. I had to come back to get it returned. I also had problems returning the prescription.
Exceptional Service and Dedication I want to express my sincere gratitude to the pharmacist who helped us today. I believe his name might have been Kevin, and he was an Asian male pharmacist on duty. My son’s prescription, which was supposed to be sent from the ER after he was diagnosed with pneumonia, never arrived at the Yonge and Finch pharmacy. We were extremely stressed and didn’t know what to do. Despite the late hour, this pharmacist went above and beyond. He patiently contacted the ER himself and helped get the prescription reissued and sent to the correct pharmacy. His professionalism, responsibility, and genuine care truly made a huge difference during a very stressful moment. Thank you so much for your exceptional service.
I’ve been visiting this store for a long time, but today the cosmetics representative, Saya, was exceptionally attentive, helpful, and cheerful. Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect perfume!
I usually shop for cosmetics at Yonge-finch Shoppers, but this visit to the beauty boutique was awesome. The girl in cosmetics, I think her name was Niku, was super helpful. Her advice on the cream was great. I’ll definitely be back
Very disappointed with this Shoppers Drug Mart. Manager spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way, which left me very disappointed. I hope the store improves how they treat customers. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
My doctor's clinic was a bit slow in ordering important meds. The pharmacy prepared an emergency blister pack that same day to provide a week's worth until the usual amount was ready for the next few weeks.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete rip-off. Prices are already astronomical, but what really pushed me over the edge was trying to buy a simple bottle of nail polish that was clearly marked on sale for $5.50 — yet when I scanned it, the price showed up as $10.55. False advertising much? To make matters worse, I picked up a toy that didn’t even have a price tag on it. I asked about it, and no one seemed to know or care. Total chaos. And the cherry on top? The cashier saw I was frustrated and started smirking. SMIRKING. As if it’s funny to watch someone deal with your store’s incompetence. I walked out without buying a thing and I’ll never be back. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation . shop literally anywhere else.
