Amazing staff and best prices for pet drugs. I was so happy to learn that drugs for cat and dogs do not have to be filled by the vet! I was able to save a lot of money!
I go to this place to get stuff for my cat. The staff are helpful. The place is very clean and upscale. I wish the parking were easier but it's not that bad (and also this isn't anything they can do a lot about) The prices for the stuff I get for my cat is great. I can't comment on the stuff they do for humans! They seem to have a lot of natural products but they are a full service pharmacy. You can also get pet stuff delivered for about $15.
Very unprofessional. I called in advance for a medication and MADE SURE NO PRESCRIPTION WAS REQUIRED before I came and when I made the trip all the way from Mississauga the pharmacist tells me I need one. They didn't even apologize for their mistake and instead blamed it on a "new" assistant. Disrespectful people work here don't trust them for your pet's needs, go somewhere else.
Amazing customer service! My dog’s compound prescription was made and ready for pick up faster then anywhere else I called. Very reliable and responsive. Highly recommend!
Did a Covid test through DM6 Labs at this location. Amazing experience - highly recommend. DM6 labs made it super easy to make an appointment and process payment and the Pharmacy was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for a great service , Amin helped us and my dog that suffers from epilepsy through a number of factors, our dogs medication was delayed (not by Canada Chemists) Amin issued a special package of medication that I was able to pick up this morning to save my dog running out of his meds. We are so grateful what a great service I drove from Waterloo to collect the meds it was a life saver for my best friend Freddie. I wish I could have shook his hand.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought an IUD and they gave me an older version of the drug. Intially they said they were out of stock but a man followed me outside and told me they had one. Went to my dr and she showed me a more up to date box. I called the pharmacy and spoke with a guy named Ahmed he said he would return it if I wasn’t comfortable. Igo in the store the same day and was dealing with a middle eastern women with blonde hair. She was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that I cannot get the refund unless I had the interact receipt. She also forced me to just take the product. She rolled her eyes and said if the expiry date was good then the product was good and refused to take my card to give me a refund. After I explained that I’m not comfortable with an older iud and telling her I want my money back she mumbled rude things under her breath. Finally after being embarrassed and called names I got a refund. Avoid this store and go to a better place with better customer service.
